Our Story: Built out of Necessity, Proven in the Field
Years ago, we noticed a critical gap in local government infrastructure: most municipalities simply didn’t have the staff, software, or resources to manage and enforce Oversize/Overweight (OS/OW) permits. Roads were taking the damage, and local governments were missing out on vital revenue.
So, we set out to build a modern solution.
Refined over years of dedicated development alongside industry partners, Permit Gateway officially launched in 2025—bringing a practical, zero-cost permitting platform to local leadership.

We didn't build this in a bubble. Partnering early with our neighbors in Sweetwater County, WY, we tested and refined Permit Gateway in real-world conditions. The results exceeded expectations: streamlining administrative workflows while generating significant new revenue to protect local roads.
